HOW IT WORKS

Four steps. One winner. No luck involved — pure skill, strategy, and stealth.

ENTER A TOURNAMENT

Join a paid or free tournament in your area. Set your entry, pick your zone, and prepare for the game.

GET YOUR TARGET

You're assigned one target to track. Someone else is tracking you. A circular chain — everyone is both seeker and target.

TRACK & ELIMINATE

Use GPS to track your target's zone. Get close. Open your AR camera. Lock on and eliminate them in augmented reality.

LAST ONE STANDING

Each elimination inherits the next target. The chain tightens. Last player standing wins the tournament — and the cash prize.

TOURNAMENT TYPES

Four ways to compete. Fixed cash prizes announced before every tournament — what you see is what you play for.

Winner Takes All

LAST ONE STANDING

Pure, decisive, definitive. One winner walks away with the entire prize. Everyone else gets nothing.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Yes — LOST is played in the physical world. You walk, run, strategize, and physically locate your target using GPS. Eliminations happen through your phone's AR camera when you're close enough. This is not a sit-on-the-couch game.
Enter a paid tournament with a fixed entry fee. The prize amount is announced before the tournament starts — no variable pools, no surprises. Compete, eliminate your targets, and the cash prize is distributed based on the tournament type you entered. Prizes are paid out via secure transfer after a brief review period.
No. LOST is a skill-based competition. Outcomes are determined by physical movement, strategy, stealth, situational awareness, and decision-making — not by chance, dice, or RNG. The game's mechanics have been analyzed and classified as predominantly skill-driven, similar to athletic tournaments and competitive esports.
Every player is assigned exactly one target and is being tracked by exactly one other player — forming a circular chain. When you eliminate your target, you inherit their target. The chain shrinks with every elimination until only one player remains.
Certain locations — like schools, hospitals, places of worship, and your personal home base — are designated as safe zones. You cannot be eliminated inside a safe zone, but your health meter will deplete while you're there. You can't hide forever.
Paid cash tournaments require players to be 18 or older with identity verification. Free mode with points-based competition is available to younger players. Full details will be in our Terms of Service at launch.
LOST is launching first in Utah with paid tournaments. Free/points-only mode will be available nationwide from day one. We're expanding to additional states for paid play as fast as regulatory frameworks allow.
Yes. Any player can create a tournament — set the entry fee, choose the tournament type, define the play area, and launch. LOST calculates the minimum and maximum player counts to maintain fair prize ratios. You're the commissioner.
